The hubby surprised me with “The Showroom Shine” full mobile auto detailing for my SUV! They came to my house, even earlier than scheduled, and did all the services right there on my driveway. George was awesome!! Super friendly and did an amazing job, my car was so shiny and clean inside and outside!

Fantastic experience. I have an upcoming PCS and was admittedly stressed about getting my car inspection-ready and ready to ship. The initial service had to be rescheduled but they were very professional and punctual in communicating with me ahead of time. Because I'm staying on base, the detailer also had no issue arriving on base to do the cleaning. The car was spotless. I did not think the difference would be that staggering as I typically keep the car "clean" but the interior looked like it just came off the showroom. It hasn't looked that clean since I purchased it years ago. The engine bay was cleaned thoroughly which I'm not sure I've ever done. The exterior had the same treatment. My wheel wells are notoriously difficult to get clean and they looked brand new. They clearly take pride in their work. My vehicle was accepted at the VPC with no issues. You will not be disappointed with this service. If I ever return to the area, I'll be sure to use them again.

Excellent all-around experience. I can't believe how new my 2018 Honda Civic, with 125,000 miles, could look again. George did a superb job with my car, and was very courteous and polite. Excellent communication with Katie and others from the time that I booked the appointment to checkout. They were very accommodating in answering my questions about the different types of service as well as scheduling a convenient appointment time. Also worth mentioning: I had bought two gift cards for detailing, in 2021 and 2022, and hadn't gotten around to using them, but On the Spot located them and honored them for this 2025 service. I opted to get my car detailed at On The Spot's location. They have a showroom where you can wait while your car is being detailed if you don't have a ride. (They also offer a courtesy vehicle but theirs was currently being repaired and wasn't available today.) The showroom is clean and quiet and a Keurig coffee machine is available. The Showroom Shine service took longer than expected, about 3 hours, 15 minutes (instead of the expected 3 hours), but the results were worth it, very thorough. I recommend them highly.

Hello everyone. I would give Charles 10 stars. He is very professional, experienced, detail-oriented, punctual, friendly, and accommodating. He did an excellent job on our 2017 Jeep Compass; it looks brand new! Our vehicle never felt cleaner and looked shinier than when we bought it. Even better! Driving in it feels more comfortable. This is the best service for total car detailing. We have used them 4 times now and never been disappointed. George detailed 2 cars for us recently: 2006 Toyota and a 2018 Hyundai. The Toyota was in bad shape outside and inside and today it looks like a new car. They have always exceeded our expectations and we will continue to call on them for detailing. They come to the house which is very convenient. They have excellent communications from booking through payment. NEW. we just had them back to detail our two cars. Once again they did an excellent job. Our cars were sticky with tree dew and sap. Now they look brand new again.
